Accurate, real-time dashboard
Using eServe you can see the number of new, settled and reopened claims in this and last month, updated in real-time. At the click of a button, you can see a list of these claims and some high level information about each; with the option to download as an excel file.
Clear, instant updates
Your eServe inbox is instantly updated when we progress your claim. At a glance you can see when we send a message, letter or add a progress note onto a claim, as well as when we make a payment or change the liability assessment. This inbox is shared between all users in your brokerage.
Convenient and timely email alerts
By default, eServe will automatically send you a daily email listing the updates made to your claims. So you don’t have to continually check on your claim’s status and have peace of mind that we will let you know if something changes. If you’d prefer, this can be easily turned off in My Account.
Easily find your claims
Using eServe you can view your entire portfolio of AXA claims, including those settled up to 13 months ago. With the advanced search option you can find a claim even if you only know the policy number, name, postcode or registration number.
Get key claim information
After selecting a claim you will be taken to the claim view. Here you will find a comprehensive overview of key claim information grouped into colour-coded sections. The colour will indicate whether this section is complete, in progress or not yet started. Claim view provides you with relevant information regarding: loss details, payments and estimates, involved parties, service providers and settlement information.
Convenient, two way messaging
eServe offers you an efficient messaging service, whereby you can send and receive messages directly from the claim itself. More than just a simple message, you can also add attachments and upload documents directly to a claim without the need to email or call AXA.
Simple, clear communication
In addition to the claim view, eServe provides a complete, chronological history of all claim contact between your brokerage and AXA. This includes any messages sent to and from AXA, PDF versions of your letters and all progress notes added to the claim. At the click of a button, each item can be further expanded to show more detail.
How do I sign up?
If your brokerage already has an eServe administrator, you can ask them to create an account for you. If not you can find all the information you need to get started with eServe on AXA Connect.
