Lines open 24 hours a day, every day to log a new claim.
To discuss an existing claim the AXA claims team can be contacted Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays closed). Emergency support is available at all other times.
If your query relates to an existing claim, please search and locate the claim in ‘My Claims’ within eServe and if you cannot find what you are looking for, call the Claim phone number in the ‘Claim Detail’ section.
